Our first challenge of the year - 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks.  I love number challenges.  The Swansea genealogists are going to try and do this.  Each of us will write something on a family ancestor each week and share.  At the end of the year, we will have information and a family history, a great beginning to a family book!

Welcome......Family History Fundamentals is a class that is given periodically to introduce patrons to the adventurous world of genealogy.  Every Tuesday from 12:00-2:00PM a group of family detectives meet at the Swansea Public Library to share information, discuss new ideas, promote research skills, verify information, socialize and work on the difficult problems of genealogy.  All are invited to join us on this quest.
